These self-adhesive heel grips add a soft layer inside shoes to help reduce heel movement and rubbing. The shaped foam pads sit around the back of the heel, while the cotton mesh surface provides a smooth contact area. Two thickness options allow the insert to be selected for light cushioning or for taking up more space inside loose-fitting footwear.
